Peter is Co-founder and Managing Partner of RoeiTay Capital. With over 20 years of experience in business consulting and investment, Peter has a deep understanding of the Asian market and its complexities. He has helped numerous companies successfully enter and grow in the region. Peter was appointed non-executive independent director of CityNeon; a public listed SGX company in 2013. He was also appointed Tourism Ambassador of Myanmar from 2013-15 by the Myanmar Tourism Federation's International Division; under the purview of the Myanmar Ministry of Hotels and Tourism. His last corporate role was as Group CMO of Qatar Telecom; which Peter rebranded into today's Ooredoo with the leadership teams across multiple markets. He has lived and worked across multiple regions: Canada, Middle East, Malaysia, Hong Kong and established a valuable network of contacts across different countries.

Roei Luzon is an entrepreneur and global operator with a proven record of building successful ventures across multiple industries. His career began in online sales and international trading, where he developed a deep understanding of global markets, logistics, and scalable business growth.
Roei spent many years working throughout Africa, leading high-value transactions in diamonds and gold. This experience shaped his reputation for integrity, precision, and strong negotiation skills in high-stakes environments. He later expanded into the jewelry sector, owning and operating his own store, and into crypto consulting, guiding investors through emerging digital asset opportunities.
His global work continued into the coffee industry, where he built meaningful supplier relationships and gained valuable commodity experience.Roei also leads a technology and service company specializing in access control systems and security solutions, combining innovation with long-term service value.
